Welcome One and All, 

My name is Julie, I have the pleasure of living in the picturesque Adelaide Hills in South Australia, my home. 

A true South Aussie native I spent my first 21 years enjoying country life in both Clare Valley and Barossa Valley regions. Here I found a deep kinship with nature that is with me to this day. My passion for gardening, my love of animals and my understanding of the importance of connection to the natural world were all realised within this rural environment. 

My working life started in the corporate sector however in the interest of saving extra money for an overseas adventure, I took a second job within the hospitality industry. I soon discovered this was my natural habitat, I loved the freedom of flexible hours and the opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life from around the world. My roles were many and varied, from silver service waitress to cocktail bar attendant, from Maitre D Hotel to head cook in an Irish Pub in London.

Later I acquired an Advanced Diploma in Horticulture in Dublin which came from a long held desire for healing, in this case, Herbal Medicine (I figured a good working knowledge of plants would be essential) 

I arrived back in the Adelaide Hills to continue my love of plants and found myself gravitating toward healing again, completing an Advanced Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy.  In so doing I found my niche, the thing I loved doing the most. It's such a privilege to facilitate my fellow human beings in their healing, I get great joy seeing the positive effects on my clients. 

Over the past five years I’ve further upgraded my skills, studying Transpersonal Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy.

Maintaining vitality and the energy required to pursue the things we love, is everything. The rigours of life can take their toll on us all and often times it's difficult to achieve the balance needed in order to be ‘well beings’. It is my desire to see us all gain a deeper connection with ourselves, learning to nourish ourselves both mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
